"Will stright rip you off when you move out lived there 3 years they stole my security deposit and claimed it was because my unit needed paint i was there 3 YEARS fresh paint for the next person should be stsndard cheap place to live but dont expect your money back when you move these crooks have done this to me and severl other people i know"

"When I first moved there it was great landlord wise but then they hired a new lady because the old one retired and I must say she's not right she came in evicting people for really stupid reason I can understand bad tenants okay but just to put people out for no reason at all is crazy but if you landlord lives in the same complex with you, you know it isn't right so I moved and I feel so much better the really crooked over there!!! Oh and they do charge you to move out and repaint I didn't even get half my deposit back but it's okay God will handle her!!!"

"They are pitiful place they charge you your deposit to repaint the apartment after you move out so you have no deposit left when you move out and then they charge you 50 extra dollars for a resale fee and if you have any backup sewage in your apartment don't expect them to ever change the carpet our neighbor had that happen and they told them that they were going to change it and they had a newborn so pretty much there's a pitiful nasty place hopefully nobody else goes there and they lose their asses and go out of business"
