"The staff were kind and helpful but I did not like the overall experience. The hotel is clearly short-staffed. The first night when I checked in I found out that the refrigerator was not working and I was carrying food with me. It was late at night so there was no repair staff available. The front desk staff was kind enough to let me store my food in the kitchen refrigerator. Fortunately the refrigerator was fixed the next day. I found the hotel quite dirty. I stayed there for 5 nights and house keeping was not done even once. I spotted some food spills in the corridor on day 2 and it got cleaned only on day 4. I did not get coffee or hot water in the morning/evening on 3 days. I found some herbal tea options on day 1 and never saw them again from day 2. Even on requesting they were not replenished. Overall, quite dissatisfied with the experience."

"We got there around 7 pm I believe. We drove to University of Louisville from Ohio for a track meet. We had just eaten, and now we were ready for rest after a long day. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. They found out I was a veteran and thanked me for my service. One of the ladies was also a veteran, and I thanked her as well. When we got to the room, the bed was very comfortable. Even the pull out bed was big. That was a little awkward, as we had to high step over the corner of the pull out bed to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Other than that, the room was great. The continental breakfast was fine. The choices were scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, various cold cereals, juice, and coffee. You could also make the small waffles. Checkout is easy. Turn in the card and leave. My receipt is emailed to me. We will return again."

"The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Great location right across the Louisville river, it's very convenient. This place is very quite to get good slip. Very clean room & beds was really clean & comfortable. We also enjoyed nice & clean swimming pool. Also enjoyed breakfast in the morning, it was really nice. We loved our stay at this motel. We recommend this place & we will back & stay again for sure."

"The hotel was clean. Bathrooms, lobby, halls, elevator, pool area, all clean. However, the hotel is run down and the amenities are minimal. No pool towels, no beverages for sale, juice machine broken and breakfast was not restocked when something ran out. There was also a very strong deodorant/freshener smell in the halls that was very unpleasant. The pool is warm, there is a hot tub and both were clean."

"I checked in about 7pm and The young black lady at the front was nice she got me checked in very fast and told me about breakfast. The room was missing a few things like soap and washcloths so I went back to the front desk she found some and offered me a free refreshment. The breakfast was honestly pretty good. I would stay again."
