"VERY HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE.. from your own neighbor stalking and harassing you. Also asking for dope then proceeds to harass us even MORE! Still goes on… Management does not care and doesn’t care about fixing anything correctly. Maintenance supervisor barges in whenever and never announces himself… BIG NO NO. Haven’t lived here fully for one year yet and already have 40+ report entries. Stairway carpet is not even stapled down or anything. Said they would send someone but never did. Also infested with roaches, water bugs, mice, and spiders. Pest control never comes like supposed too. Electrical issues all around. Also again. PEEPING TOMS! Keep your kids away from this place and your money. 2023 UPDATE: I now have an EPO on my Crack head neighbor. Nothing has changed sadly. waiting on eviction process… which resulted in a full lease term. Management did nothing to help resolve anything. Don’t live here, they tend to let crackheads live here with no remorse. Scratching/Dinging my car and hitting another in the lot as well, then proceeds to “hit & run” This place deserves a 0 star review and major help. Maintenance supervisor needs to be fired for not fixing anything right. Will give you attitude. He will also walk in without knocking. I’d have to state “knock, someone will let you in”. Every year your rent will go up. With as many problems there are here it is not worth being over $1000+. Watch your dog also neighbors tend to let theirs out without a leash which resulted in a dog getting hurt. The photo should speak for itself."

"I don't rent here and NEVER would. I visited a friend here recently and was worried that I would bring bugs back home with me. I won't be going back and he isn't allowed to my house as long as he lives there. If you MUST go to care for or visit a family member or something unavoidable look into buying a hazmat suit. I see the only good reviews are the ones that were translated from Spanish and all mention "Mrs Maria" and look extremely similar to each other. They seem to be copied which leaves me to believe they're fake. There is NO WAY someone would leave an honest 5 star rating or review for this property. The whole place is infested with roaches and falling apart! The property is old with lots of mold and there is no central air. The appliances don't work and the entire property is filthy! Only the one star reviews are accurate. Don't be fooled by the fake (probably paid) five star reviews. There is NO WAY someone would give this place a good review unless they were literally living in a dumpster before moving to Huntley Ridge and maybe not even then. Don't move there! Just don't do it."

"WHOLE COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!! My dad moved in and they didn’t even bother to clean up after the people who lived there before him! Dishwasher was broken, as well as like 6 other things! DID I MENTION THERE ARE ROACHES?! He killed at least 200 within the first 5 days of living there. Moved out on the 6th day and now Huntley Ridge owes him money otherwise he will be suing. DONT EVER RENT FROM THEM!!!"

"This place is horrible, my kids lived here and I had to call the fire Marshal to get the fire detectors even placed in their apartment when they moved in, after complaining they got multiple eviction notices for no reason just because they got in trouble by the state for us calling them out.. They switched management in the middle of the year and my kids moved out after their year lease was over, being on time ever month for their rent and only got refunded what the management transferred over to the new management, not what my kids put down for their deposit... This place, their management and the whole company and the corporate sucks... I dont recommend this place to ANYONE OR THEIR FAMILY!!!!"
