"This is a really great place to live! The complex is quiet. The people that live here, so far, have all been friendly and welcoming. The grounds are well kept. Before moving in a few months ago I saw some reviews that made me nervous but please don't be! This is a beautiful complex with lovely people."

"BE CAUTIOUS WHEN RENEWING YOUR LEASE!!!! This place is not kind or understanding to tenants who had a lease with the previous management before being sold. We moved here in May 2022 and rent was 1050.00 for our floor plan. Fast forward to the next year they made us sign a new lease and didn't offer any month to month plans and up'd are rent to 1333.00 before the additional fees of pet fees which is understandable and now we have to pay water split between all buildings so basically you pay for others water too regardless of what you use. They won't take personal checks so any time you pay rent you have to pay a fee for ACH payments through their web portal which is absurd. The whole purpose of setting up an ACH payment is to avoid having to pay processing fees.Not here though. They do not provide adequate parking for the amount of apartments they have. But the real kicker is my same floor plan they're advertising as $1183.00 but are charging tenants who try to renew upwards of $1400.00 a month for the same floor plan. When we asked about this they said there was nothing they could do (Aka told us to kick rocks essentially) I can not wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of this horrible deal. The apartments are nice for what they are but the master bedroom walls are way to thin you can hear your neighbors on the other side of the walls. I would over look alot of the small issues if they weren't charging $1428.00 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment not even in the city and with no amenities outside of a standard apartment. The only real amenities they provide is a dumpster that at some points is over flowing on the ground. I hope they get better but this is my review after living here since May of 2022. Its also near impossible to get a hold of the management via phone you have to walk into their office and hope they're there to get any kind of communication across."

"I love my home! The process of getting all moved in was wonderful. Bobbie is so sweet and so helpful.. her and I could sit and talk for hours like we’ve known each other our whole lives. She made moving out feel so much easier especially when you have someone who cares and is friendly! It’s a very safe and quiet neighborhood. I’ve been here for about a month now and no issues! Plus my apartment was SO clean when I moved in. Definitely recommend!"

"Bobby you are a heaven sent. Dishwasher flooded while we were gone and refused to let us clean the water by ourselves after we said we would. Best manager of any sort ive ever seen thank you so much."
