"I've lived here for a little over a year now and I've really enjoyed my time here. The complex is nice and quiet, close to all the necessities (and the fun spots), and the management has been to kind and helpful to me. Maintenence is fairly quick as well which is nice! I've been in a personal crisis for the past 6 months, and the staff has been so understanding and willing to help me through it. I truly can't be thankful enough to be here with the support of such a wonderful staff!"

"Ashby apartments and one of their managers, Christina, are truly amazing. We were at the end of our lease and preparing to move in to our new house when everything was delayed. In the short time we had to make new arrangements Ashby apartments worked with us to extend our lease. They don't have short term leases and we were a problem for them but Christina made everything work. She did so with awesome communication and a friendly, empathetic style that was such a breath of fresh air. During Christmas break when businesses have lots of people on vacation Ashby and Christina stayed in touch and helped us greatly. I am so very thankful to have found such support during a really hard transition."

She has made the process of moving so easy for us and anytime we have had an issue, it has been taken care of in a good amount of time. She always makes sure that our living experience has been worth the money and the time."

We have been having some issues with our apartment and every time I call I always speak with her; she always reassures me that the problem will be fixed and get done in a timely fashion. "If I could give no stars I would. Not only did I have to call over and over again over a neighbor being loud and smoking marijuana in the apartment while I was pregnant I also wasn't told about the note that needed to be sent in if I wasn't continuing my lease. When I signed the lease the worker went over everything but not that, and I feel that, is one of the most important things to mention. Also the staff particularly Emily need a lesson in respect I've never felt more disrespected with anyone ever than with Emily"
