Mighty Oak Academy

Mighty Oak Academy, located at 344 North 26th Street in Louisville, Kentucky, is a primary school serving grades K through 8 in the West End neighborhoods. Our mission is to shift the cultural mindset in our community, reawakening dreams and creating lifelong learners who become global citizens that empower their community.

At Mighty Oak Academy, we focus on holistic child development, going beyond just curriculum to prepare children for success in life. We emphasize parent partnerships, healthy food, social-emotional wellness, and physical health.

While there are costs associated with running a school, Mighty Oak Academy is committed to making high-quality education accessible to all. Most families will either qualify for free schooling or pay a minimal monthly fee. The school is supported by operations from its parent community Love City Inc., scholarship funds, and partnerships with neighbors near and far. Families who enroll at Mighty Oak Academy will be required to volunteer at the school as well.
