"This hotel is over priced and old!! Breakfast was horrible!! They charged my friend $250 smoking fee because it smelled like smoke. I know the shower heads are filthy. I seen rats running out by all the trash they renovating from a fire. My friend will never smoke inside a hotel. Sad the manager will not answer the phone or return her phone call"

"Great location for me. Every errand i had to run was not far. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. Hot breakfast was ok. I would suggest updating the carpets and the elevators."

"This place is where I blocked off a set of hotel rooms for my wedding that was occurring nearby. I had several family and friends traveling in and this was suggested and they had the best deal so I went with them. I was not aware at the time but they wouldn’t allow one day reservation since the block was set for 2 nights. I wasn’t aware of this but none of my guest expressed issues and booked for the required two night minimum Friday night and Saturday night. Friday night there were reports of lack of towels and assistance by the staff but Saturday takes the cake! My mother (the mother of the bride) was at the wedding venue getting prepared for the wedding when she was alerted that the hotel not only checked her out of her hotel room, but they removed her things without her knowledge!!! They claimed to have called her but did NOT leave any voicemail to alert her that her room was being vacated. Not only this but she PAID FOR AND HAS RECEIPTS OF CONFIRMATION for TWO NIGHTS (because it was required with the hotel block). She was removed from her room and had to rush back to the hotel in the middle of preparing for my wedding to figure this out. The hotel staff was extremely rude and called her and her boyfriend liars and would not apologize for their mistake. I am extremely disappointed and unfortunately my mom still had to stay at another hotel. It’s absolutely unacceptable!! Not to mention my family have been trying to speak with a manger now since 9/30. It’s not 10/12 and we have heard nothing from this establishment. It’s really a disappointment that I brought business to you and you treated my family and friends this way on the most important day of my life. And it happened to my MOTHER! This is outrageous."

"Rude personnel, non-accommodating. We had requested a room in the first floor, when we checked in the front desk lady, stated they were under construction and did not have any rooms in first floor. Take or leave it, zero empathy. The pool was not available, food was scarce and cold, no ice, had to go to the 3rd floor for ice. I wish we could have stayed somewhere else. LQis usually a nice hotel. Not this one. I gave them a star bc it was clean and the ac did work well. Aside from that not worth it."
