"I lived here from 2019 to 2022 and it was a positive experience. My neighbor were respectful. Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was always taken care of really fast. The leasing office staff was always friendly. The amenities like the pool and laundry room were always well maintained. You could do a lot worse than this place."
"MAYFAIR APARTMENTS: A WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME! To start, Debbie who manages the property and her assistant Kim are forthright, transparent, and very kind; simply wonderful! Each of them have over 10 years of leadership at this property. So, if stability is important to you, this is a place to consider. Nearly every item requested on my check in request form has been addressed expeditiously. Barry has been amazing fulfilling most every need with the engagement of other team members. I find Mayfair to be great location, a quiet, safe, and very friendly community with easy access to any need. Finally, simply stated, Mayfair is a wonderful place to call home!"
"Mayfair is so beautiful and I absolutely love the pool! The ladies in the office are so kind and always willing to help. The maintenance guys are super fast and usually get orders done within 24 hrs. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!"
