"I own a duvet from Paseo Road and it’s gorgeous. I ordered a bedskirt and decided not to keep it, but my return wasn’t accepted. I’m not clear on why - they said evidence of dirt and hair was found, but I saw neither in the photos they sent to justify the declined return. Just photos of a wrinkled bedskirt and one fuzz on a messy table in their warehouse. It took 10 days to hear anything about the return, and I had to follow up, even though they promise an update after 2 business days. If the expectation is that I steam and lint roll a return, say so. I’ve never had any return declined for those reasons. Will not order from Paseo Road again."
