"We rented here and ended our contract early due to the landlord not fixing a Freon leak. Ended up rushing to buy a house so I could get out of there. I was alone with a newborn baby that I was breastfeeding and he would tell me to turn the ac off,(in the middle of summer), so the pipes could thaw and wait for the ac people to show up. This happened at least 3 times. Walls are thin. You can hear neighbors doing everything. Do not recommend. Overpriced and the landlord doesn’t care about his tenants. I pay less for my mortgage on a three bedroom house then I did for that apartment. Everyone i knew that lived there the same time I did agreed with my testimony."
