"Doors that allowed you to enter the building with key card did work. They said sliders were off track. So being handy capped it was hard to get to our room."

"After my husband passed away. I needed a break. Wanted a quiet location and stayed an entire week. Myself, my brother and my dog. We enjoyed the picnic table and having a place to enjoy with the dog. We had zero problems. We returned for a night more recently. The next day, I went to the desk and asked to extend our stay for another night. They said no problem. My brother and I put the Do Not Disturb on the door and left for a nice meal. My phone rang and some irate male ordered me back to the room. Told I was gonna finish our meal and then return to hotel. Upon my return, I went directly to the desk to ask about the issue. In our absence our room was entered and things had been gone through. And we were being accused of smoking in the room. However, we had a habit of keeping 2 cans of near empty soda cans from our prior visit because there was NO ashtray near picnic table. After leaving and getting checked into another room, things were missing. I wanted to call the police. But my brother talked me out of it due to my nerves and anxiety. His concern was making sure I didn't get upset. I would be very careful staying here especially when leaving room. They could and should check security cameras and it would have proved that I was telling the truth. Had the little boy at the desk had simply waited til we were checking out before making accusations, none of it would have happened. That sign on your door doesn't stop them for entering. We stayed an entire week and no problems. Just be aware of your room so you can prove items were missing. Ridiculous actions."

"It’s a roof under my head (which is what matters), and saw no insects (which was what worried me) but as soon as I walked in my room, it smelled musty and dusty. I woke up super congested which is not normal. Breakfast was good, very plastic but they had fresh made potatoes with onions and green peppers. Eggs were not good. The Orange juice was terrible tasted expired."

"Our experience was great! Staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good and coffee was fresh ground and great! Only small negative was our room got hot even turned down to 60 and there was no fruit on the breakfast bar. But other than that we will definitely stay there again."

"Long day, and I was extremely tired. Beautiful, caring employee who knew how tired I was. It is a look all travelers know well. NOT ONE MORE MILE! He was able to get me into a 1st floor handicap room. Wonderful service and a nice quiet clean room."
