"I give 4 stars because my interactions as a whole have been acceptable. The new property manager has been good at looking into my concerns although there are not many. I have found out in my life that if you are friendly in your request. The chances are better that your concerns will be looked at sooner than later."
"I lived here for 4 years and this is getting ridiculous they haven’t mowed the grass and over 3 weeks my balcony door as been broken since I moved in and it still hasn’t got fixed put multiple work orders in but they want your money I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone p.s they advertise a swimming pool that hasn’t been open in 2 years and most of the people who live don’t use the laundry unit because they barely work most go to speed wash by biglots"
"Helped move a family member into one of these apartments. They had updated the inside and it looked nice except they painted the kitchen cabinets and they shut the drawer without letting it dry and now it won't open. I think it's kind of pricy for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom place but what do I know, I don't pay rent, I own my place so I don't know what rent is around there anyways."
"These apartments are old and not well kept. Roach infestation that property management did not inform me of before moving here&& will do NOTHING to fix it. Pest control is horrible doesn’t spray everything && steals from the apartments! Roach infestation makes a place inhabitable & they will do nothing to fix it but want you to pay over $700 in rent!"
"Apartment mirage. These look nice and a lot of work has been done to improve the aesthetics of the place, not anything else though. Lived here for a year and have had a leak the entire time. Not a small leak, a leak big enough where I can't use about 25% of my living room space. Leaks in the bathroom, stove is broken, dishwasher doesn't work, and light fixtures only attached by cords. And the current management is bad, and liars, get everything in writing. They will attempt to backdate leases as well, so keep a copy of everything. They don't have a maintenance staff either. Nothing will ever be fixed in your apartment. Ever, seriously. **Edit for owner response: All the maintenance work orders in the portal were closed out with none of the repairs being completed. If you noticed, I did resubmit multiple maintenance work orders stating previous work orders not complete. Also check the dates when the orders were submitted and completed, I'm sure it will be at least 2 months before the basic ones were closed out. I gave up after that because all I received from management was attitude and unscheduled (non-emergency) visits with no notification. 7 incidents of this, with 2 of those where as people entered while I was asleep. PTSD does not handle that well, just a heads up. I can also be contacted by the information provided in my resident portal account, if you would prefer to have a meaningful conversation instead of mud slinging. Balls in your court as you should know that TN renters have essentially no recourse unless they are involved in some type of government assistance, then the local housing agency can step in. Edit (3Jan2022): Added photo, still no contact from owner about flooding, and no attempts have been made to fix since the original posting of this review. Guessing I made them upset with this review, sure hope it isn't retaliation for telling the truth..."
