Country Hearth Inn & Suites Union City

"We reserved a room for 2 nights. A lady from country hearth in called and confirmed our stay. We told her we would not be arriving until 1:30 am and she said to just hit the service bell when we arrived. We drove 8 hours and finally pulled in around 1:40 am. The gentlemen’s told us they gave our room away. He would barely speak to us, offered no help to find another hotel. Would stay away from this place! We drove over to the Hampton inn, they don’t have any vacancies but are trying to help us find a room somewhere else. In response to the responder: The card on hold was NOT declined. Why would the front desk lady call to confirm our stay if the card had been declined. At least own your mistake."

"The place sit right on the highway and the parking lot is super small and narrow but if in a car or truck without trailer you can park just fine. Parking lot and the room Was very clean and maintained very well. Only a soda machine and a ice machine but gas station right next door, plus Walmart, dollar tree as well as 4 or 5 restaurants, bar & grill right there within a mile or so. Highly recommend"

"My husband and I have stayed here a couple times just to get alone time while we wait to close on our home. We have gotten the jacuzzi suite, and a double bed regular room, and enjoyed both. They're very clean. We are former truckers so the sound of the trucks at the truck stop around us doesn't bother us. It's a very small motel so there hasn't been anything crazy happening. It's very quite and peaceful. The owners are very nice! We will definitely be back!"

"Great family run hotel. Old style with exterior entry and the rooms have all been updated. Raj (owner) is super nice and makes sure everything is right. Rooms are squeaky clean and A/C worked very good. Nice hot breakfast included. If you are looking for a nice clean hotel that is reasonable, this is it!!!!!"
