"We rented from these guys and they are very reasonable people to rent from. They aren't the best at keeping the property up but if you do the work they are willing to take it off of your rent with provided documentation. They are a older couple but they're pretty nice people."
"They expect you to pay for the up keep of their property and furnish all appliances, blinds and mow the yard and them be responsible for nothing that has to do with their property..... The only thing they want is the Rent.....I mean come on.... Take responsibility for some parts of your property, the grass or at minimal pay the water bill; or at least provide appliances for a rented house!!! Don't y'all think that's Fair to ask of a Landlord and not Realtor, I mean most homes that you purchase even have appliances already furnished the Majority of the time, from what I've seen."
