"Worked here under the rock, helmets, and rock candy department and met some good friends that I try to keep in contact with. Despite how busy the day went there would be a friendly person to be honest and talk shop with. Only worked for a couple of months before I saw a better opportunity that lead me to Indiana University Southeast. Thank you very much for the opportunity!"

"Some of these reviews should be deleted, as they are many many years old. squire Boone manufacturing is a great place to work, I've been there three years through good times and slow times do to pandemics and in great times do to the economy under our President Trump. As for some of the reviews on shipping I cannot see this as those in charge are on top of everything and items are shipped everyday unless the company requested to be held, other than that it would be the trucking firms that would have problems possibly. As for management, they are also very fair, and your coworkers are some of the best people that you can work for and with. The rock candy is grown right there and it's totally awesome. There isn't an amusement park, museum are roadside Attraction that doesn't buy from this company so they are very well-liked. Keep up the work and hope to see you here soon"

"Great place to work, filled with very friendly people. The Rock candy not only looks beautiful and unique, but taste great too. My kids love all the flavors. My favorite is cupcake, which is one of Squire Boone's new flavor"

"This is the second year in a row that Squire Boone has messed up our shipment - this time even worse than last year. It took them a week to pack for shipment. Then after telling us it was going to ship on a Tuesday, they would provide no tracking number but said it would arrive on Friday. Monday - no shipment. We called - they learned it had been sitting on the loading dock due to their own neglect and it had not shipped. To put the icing on the cake, they refused to do ANYTHING to expedite shipment, would not pay for express. We do one huge fair a year and they are a major supplier. We will miss nearly half the fair with important supplies. Manager was "on vacation" and refused to empower employee to take care of the situation. Not exactly a prime example of customer service."
