"I wish I caught the two girls working the counters names. They were so helpful and friendly. I was early to pick up my order. They went ahead and started working on it, and had it ready before it was supposed to be. Nowadays, good customer service is hard to come by but I would give them a 15 out of 10!"

"I purchased some Hawaiian decorations on August 14th and was told I had 30 days to return the items. When I went to return the items on September 12th, I walked in the store and the employee immediately said “Are you doing a return?” When I said yes she immediately said “I’m not taking any of that back it’s out of season.” I said when I purchased the items, I was told I had 30 days to return. She said, “Read the fine print. I have new employees and that’s who probably told you that. It’s not your fault but I’m not taking the items back.” When asked if she could do store credit she said no. I then asked for the manager and it was her. Shocker. I then asked her name and she said, “Why’s that matter?” I told her I needed it for reference for when I contact corporate. She raised her voice back and said “Angel Nelson and store 618.” I normally don’t leave bad reviews but Angel was anything but polite. She was rude from the moment I stepped foot in the door. If this was my establishment, I would not want this to be how my management handled customers."

"I brought in my own balloons to be blown up for my sons birthday. They were fast, but the next morning he wanted them separated. Not only did they tie them all together when I didn't ask and I didn't let that bother me but when they were on the ground not even 24 hours later... so we separated them and the regular balloons had no helium in them. They charged me for 10 balloons that didnt even have helium and only blew up the large ones that kept it floating! Ridiculous!"

"Got our balloons for my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday from here. They took the order in advance and did a great job in having it prepared. We were also able to get everything we needed for a reasonable price. Loved what we got!"
