"I ordered an inground liner from them, and made sure to go over the order form with one of their sales reps. I was assured it was the proper order form. When the liner was made wrong, I was told it was my fault for not filling out the proper order form and they said there is nothing they can do. Don't waste your time with them! Order online and save yourself hundreds of dollars by cutting out the middle man and assure you get the proper product by dealing direct with the manufacturer!"
