Once I had a question about a product and didn't want to purchase it until I knew the answer to my questions, and I was treated like a tire kicker. I always wondered why that was and why you would ever ignore a potential customer. If you're looking to buy a gun, then you could go here, but your customer service is going to be substandard. I'd say most of the workers are old, crusty, and have terrible attitudes. Honestly, a quick Google search could find you better gun prices that far surpass this place."

"They put a post up with 3 police trade in pistols, one being a glock 35 with Kentucky state police logo engraved into the slide. I purchased it and when I received the glock 35 it was missing the engraved logo on the slide and was extremely dirty! When I call them to talk to them about it, He said that the logo must have worn off it. Then he changed it to some have it and some don't. He also said that all of their guns were that dirty. Wouldn't recommend buying from them!"
