"If I could give zero stars than I would. This place has gone incredibly downhill. The only good things are the greeters. I have received SERVERAL rotten meat items (one with bug parts on them) and eggs. I have been going here for awhile and these issues are not worth being loyal to a company over. Do better."
"This store use to be one of my favorites. Here lately it has really gone downhill. Half of the can goods I picked up was dented or leaking. Milk was spilt in the cooler and as I told an employee about it he said wasn’t his problem. We were only able to fine half of the produce we were looking for due to what they had being rotten or bruised. The only reason I’m giving two stars is the greeters at the door were supper friendly."
"Used to love shopping here but I just don't anymore. All of the employees after say 10:00 are super rude. I get that it's close to closing time at that point but at the end of the day if the store isn't closed yet then y'all need to act like you give a you know what. On top of that, there are never any registers open after 9:00 p.m.. It is all self-checkout. To be clear, I am not one of those "I hate self-checkout people," but when you have $200 worth of groceries in their tiny stations, it is incredibly difficult to scan bag and have enough room to set your bags so you can get everything out of your cart. If you want people to use self checkout you need to get the stations with belts like Walmart. I'm not sure if they have a new night manager or what but today there was a super rude woman there and when something fell off of the station because I was trying to bag a bunch of items in a incredibly tiny area, She was very rude and insinuated that I was trying to pull something. I did not appreciate it. I work night shift so they are usually the only thing open but I will just be getting up earlier so I can shop somewhere else"
"My favorite store and location… I am at this store every day, and am always appreciative that they (98% of the time) have what I need in stock, have the friendliest, quickest, and always helpful staff in retail… They may have a slightly higher price than Walmart or ALDI, (same as Kroger), but the food quality is at a much higher standard than anyone else… Only complaint I can give them, because nobody is perfect, is the deli could be a little faster at servicing customers… Still deserve 5 stars any day…"
