After 9 calls to customer service ( Because they hang up on you if you ask too many questions ) and finally a call to their corporate offices in AZ. I had to get in contact with the president of the manufacturer to get my order shipped to me. They sold a $4,000+ pool, claiming that it was in stock... and It was NOT. Over a month of run around and dodging me they finally shipped it today 3/22/22. This will be the last time I ever do business with them."

Lights off no open sign on and the hours of operation was posted on the door...open at 10 am meanwhile I got there around 11 am. Come on people!
