"My experience was very stressful at first because I didn’t know if I qualified to by another home. Marlies helped us a lot… I mean she was wonderful. She was honest and very polite… She told us straight out what we had to do and she answered all our questions step by step… She’s a very smart lady… We love her."

"Doug and I moved our RV in about 2 months ago, we chose this park do to the close proximity to the hospital as Doug is a contract RN there. The community is clean and well kept, our neighbors are friendly and helpful. The office staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need to be comfortable! Marlise is so friendly and jumped through hoops to get power turned on quickly after our arrival so my work from home job was not disrupted too much. Thank you so much for that Marlise! Overall, we are very pleased with our experience living in this community. The only downside (which really isn’t a big deal) is the location of our hookups are quite a distance from the RV, which required additional attachments for our hookups. There has been some police activity here but it seems like management is doing what they can to create a safer community. There is a busy street that runs through and a couple of accidents have occurred around the bend. But overall, we are very happy and we are considering extending our stay here. We give a rating of 4 for location and convenience and a rating of 5 for staff and management."

"The office personnel is very friendly and helpful. Marlies has always been very friendly, always welcoming and wearing a smile.She was so helpful with the paperwork getting out trailer financed. They have now added another staff member Tracey to the office and when we had to start paying rent online ,Marlies was unavailable, Tracey sat down and helped me go step by step to get it set up.She was so helpful.I feel we now have two very good people in the front office. The community events have been really fun.The park is well maintained and this has been a very good place to rent."

"We have been here almost 4 years and now they want to put a trailer right at our back door! Not friendly at all! They are trying to get us to move I guess! This is not right at all! This has been the absolute worst place I have ever lived! And no this is not our first bad experience with them!!"
