"I was hoping, due to some reviews this place would have been better. I had read rooms were updated. Ours wasn't. I guess you get what you pay for. What saves this from a 2 star review is the bed was "OK". Room didn't smell. And it had hot water. Other than that, the room seriously need just a little love."

"While this is an older establishment, it is well kept. Rooms have been remodeled.. no coffee pot... my only concern... but there is a Dennys down the road. I forgot to mention outstanding customer service!!"

"The rooms are super clean and spacious. The shower is absolutely amazing. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is housekeeping could come more often, but it was not a big deal. Would stay again happily."

"I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this place deserves to high up the list and I wanted to share how pleasantly surprised I was. At $50 a night I was obviously hesitant but the reviews all sounded nice and came from legitimate accounts. The owners are very friendly and polite, the room was very clean and has been recently renovated. Yes it’s an older building and it shows in some places but it’s miles ahead of almost every days inn, super 8 or motel 6. You can tell that the owners take care of it and give it that personal touch when it comes to clean and comfort. Don’t take my word alone, read the rest of the reviews. If you’re passing through town this is the place to stay. Don’t give corporate hotels more money when you can support working individual business owners who take pride in personal hospitality."

"Very clean. Even though the hotel itself is dated, the room we were in was updated. The updates weren't done the greatest but it was still nice. It was freezing when we got in our room for a while, to the point I wouldn't take my jacket off even. It was very clean. Oue room was huge! The bed wasn't the most comfortable. But we would stay again. The price point was EXCELLENT & it was quiet here."
