"Not criticizing Vicki or apts but..just know the bathroom doors are the smallest in the house..if you're overweight or need to use a walker..you might want to check it out before moving in..they are like 19 or 20 inches wide and with the door off doesnt make too much difference..a small walker is like 24 inches ..Kay apt 17"

"My wife, son and I moved in a couple weeks ago and so far have nothing but good things to say. The application and lease signing process was easy and smooth. The pet deposit was a little high but I'd rather have that than a deposit and monthly fee, considering we plan on living here for at least a few years. The two bedrooms are quite nice and fairly large for the price, especially considering there's a pool. The pool is always clean, well taken care of, and never crowded. I actually see the manager cleaning it every morning. The manager Vicky has been very nice, but makes sure she does what needs to be done to run a good complex. I've stood outside next to the door and windows to see if there's any draft, but the unit seems pretty well insulated as I haven't felt any cold air leaking out. I keep the thermostat set to 74 and it definitely doesn't run as much as I thought it would in 90+ degree heat. We haven't needed maintenance yet, but from what I hear from other residents (who have all been very friendly by the way) maintenance is usually taken care of fairly quick. The complex is very quiet, and besides a very small amount of creaking from the apartment above ours we've yet to hear any outside noise in our unit. There's one laundry room but I've yet to have a problem with there not being any open washers or dryers. I also think the washer does a really good job at getting our clothes clean, much better than the washer and dryer at our last rental, and the dryer has always gotten all my clothes dry in one cycle. The only issues we can think of are very minor cosmetic things in the unit, but nothing enough to knock it down to 4 stars. We're very happy to be in a place in a decent neighborhood that we feel safe to raise our 14 month old in and unless something major happens we plan to stay for a long time. I'll make sure to update this review after being here for a while."

"Black mode health risks in the apartments and poor management. They do not give any notice of when they are coming in to your apartment what so ever and when you say anything to them they say they do not have to give you anything,"

"The single thing that should keep you away from this place is Vicky. Not someone you want to deal with and have in your life for any period of time. Apartment itself is livable, definitely not the greatest condition nor the best bang for your buck. If times are tough and you have a strong mental fortitude to deal with management constantly trying to take advantage of you, then have at it. Just make sure you having everything in writing and signed by the manager, she'll still give you a hard time regardless, but just keep documentation for any interaction you have with her."

"Please do NOT rent these apartments. Previous review stated that this place is a slum and they are not in the wrong, even the slightest. This place wouldn't be so bad if they didn't go up by 200$ in monthly rent over the past 2 years without putting any additional work into taking care of the complex. What really puts the icing on the cake is management (Vicky) being a terrible human being, and that is saying a lot as I work as a correctional officer. She is on par with, even surpassing, the felony inmates that I babysit on a daily basis. IT IS BAD HERE!"
