"Some of these negative reviews are crazy. This is a used car lot and has used cars at good prices. Mark is the most honest car salesman I believe I've ever met. There are cars on the lot with issues, but he will tell you about them. I bought a car there a couple weeks ago that needed rotors. He told me that up front. We drove it a little over an hour home and found another issue that we didn't know about. I called him the next day and he offered right away to do whatever needed to make it right. And he did without hesitation. I really believe he values his word and reputation more than just selling as many vehicles as possible. Thanks Mark, I appreciate it"

"This dealership sold my cousin a vehicle he had it less than a week, went to pick his kids up from out of state and it broke down on him…said it’s a head gasket and instead of doing the right thing and fixing… my family is having to buy another used vehicle and went through hell trying to get kids back and just a lot of unnecessary costs. This car lot should be put out of business… and I’ll be reporting to the BBB as well!!"

"I don't normally write a lot of reviews and I have read all reviews here about Garland good and bad. I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty a few days ago...I was in a need of a daily driver and Mark was great to work with and he knew I was in a bind and even offered on his own to deliver the vehicle to me....I didn't ask ...he volunteered! Now that is customer service!! I found their customer service to be outstanding! Once I drove the Jeep I did find there were a few things I wasn't expecting but after a conversation with Mark about my concerns he made things right!! I could not have asked for a better experience...these guys *will treat you right. NOTE: As a precious car salesman ...it is important to remember these older cars no matter how much you know about them at the time of sale...anything could go wrong...but I talked with Mark about my issues and he was more than willing to discuss what could be done to solve the situation.
