"I wouldn’t buy a lift chair from this place. They won’t service a chair that’s still under warranty. Thank goodness another dealer was willing to come fix my chair."

"I’ve bought 2 wheelchairs from them and have had trouble with both of them. Both of them were only a month old and both were defective. The second one had a 1 year warranty, and if they come to the house they charge $60. to tighten a couple of screws. It caused me to fall out of my chair in both wheelchairs. I wear 2 braces on my legs and I have vertigo in both ears. I need the wheelchair because of my legs and dizziness. I would not recommend buying a wheelchair there. I talked to the store manager but he said it would still cost $60. to come to the house. I have a warranty but they said they only cover parts. When a person has a warranty it should cover everything. I’ll never buy anything else there again. Be very careful if you buy anything from there because they will cheat you."

"My husband has a A-PAP machine through home medical. The 24 hour service that they provide is amazing. The person on call was attentive and most helpful. She eased my mind about some issues that we were having and gave us excellent service. She was compassionate and caring as well!"

"The staff are the best! My husband was needing new athletic shoes and he was greatly surprised at the options they could order. He was very pleased with his blue (favorite color) shoes! No matter if you just need a pair of shoes to oxygen Jacob and the staff will treat you the best. I send all my breast cancer survivor policyholders to them for fitting for their bras. One of the owners is a breast cancer survivor and she know how to help them!"
