"The pharmacy is closed more than it is open!!! They don't answer the phone!!! I am so frustrated with this company."

"I had an appointment for my second Covid 19 vaccination for 8:30 a.m. today. I got there early, and no one was there, and a sign said the pharmacy was closed due to no Pharmacist on duty today. At 8:35 a.m. I got a phone call informing me about the situation. How rude!!! They could have called the day before, or even the hour before!! At least before I left my home. NOT while I was standing in the store wondering what in the world was going on!! I told the lady on the phone that this was a big inconvenience for me because I purposely did not schedule anything in my schedule for the next couple of days in case I felt bad afterwards. She said to check back at the end of the week!! Uh NO!!! I DON'T THINK SO!!! I called CVS and got in this morning!"

"Horrible experience they have been closed twice it's been a week since I have been able to get my medication and I am sitting on an infection. When I called to see if it had been entered In and named the medication she said we can't tell you that information. I said can I speak to the pharmacist she said hold on. I sat on hold for like five minutes and was told don't hang up. Well the phone call dropped. Mind you I went up there a couple days ago and the line had 25 people in it. Came up there again and the pharmacy was closed. I'm switching pharmacy's. I want to make a corporate complaint GET THEM SOME MORE STAFF."
