"If I could rate lower, I would. When things need to be repaired, it will take months. They barge into your apartment without proper notice. It's too expensive for no reason. There are no amenities besides the pond and it is not well taken care of. The apartments might be nice but watch your back. If you do not renew your lease, they will tack on a bunch of fees to make your life harder and wring you for every cent you're worth to make money off you. Save your money and find a better, cheaper place to live and raise your family."
"The apartments are in fairly good shape. My daughter has lived here 3 years. The issue with this location is management, Shirley will Not maintenance, nor contact you about concerns. She will lose leases, emails and then threatens to evict you if you complain. She discriminates who she will help or bully. Her husband/maintenance man loves to look in patio doors, also likes killing the local wide life. The whole management team is rude, uneducated and Lazy. I would not suggest these apartments for Anyone. My daughter has lived without a locking or lock on her patio door for almost a year, she told her to put a stick in it. I’ve tried multiple times to have this replaced, she still hasn’t, a very serious security issue."
"I started looking at places to rent in Bardstown several months ago. I liked how these were outside of town. It's very quiet but still close to everything I need. The manager has been very helpful and responds to my requests quickly. She got me into my unit on time and I have not had any issues. I have been living here for 3 months now and I am glad that I decided to move here."
"Review is based on over three years of leasing via Trident Group Partners.. Overall, this location is physically in a nice spot. I like the layout and the trash services have always been on time in my experience. There were times when the power would go out, but nothing that would cause too much concern. I’d say most of my grips stem from the lack of professionalism from the apartment manager. This person does seem to do their best, but after several years of engaging with this individual - under qualified and a lot of room for improvement. I don’t like giving out negative feedback unless it’s warranted, but here are several of the examples where I ran into issues with the landlord; 1) lack of follow up on maintenance issues upon moving in. (I filled out the complete list of items that were wrong with my unit. Come to find out that the list I turned in was lost and many of these issues were left unresolved unless I continued to press for a resolution. 2) Email and phone communication remind me of trying to organize a group project when you’re the only one participating. (Many email correspondence without a signature block or a poorly written response that invoked more questions that answers. 3) Poor planning (The parking lots were recently resurfaced. Prior to this, notifications were shared with the residents giving individuals a breakdown of when they’d be unable to park in their typical locations. There wasn’t additional information where tenants should park during this downtime that lasted over 24 hours. The only warning suggested that parking at the insurance parking lot up the street was a no go. This caused a lot of confusion and poor execution while the work was being done + the 3 vehicles that had been sitting in the same location for months that ended up being towed from their parking space. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend living here. The conditions continue to fall as the cost of living increases. There’s a lot of room for improvement."
"My carpets were a wreck when I moved in. Instead of replacing carpets because of stains, they cut out a patch where the stain was and put in a new patch. I didn’t plan on being there long so it didn’t bother me too bad. Upstairs neighbors were loud af and called on them multiple times to no avail. Also the biggest thing. It’s been since June and I still haven’t received my deposit back. The landlord has stopped answering texts and calls. Not even being rude about it. Would highly recommend you not renting here."
