"Prompt and good customer service!"

"Dr. Called in a compound suppository prescription and was given an over the counter capsule suppository instead. No one said anything about it not being what was actually ordered when It was purchased. Didn't notice till I left it was the wrong thing... I cannot use the capsules because they irritate my skin, hence why i have a DOCTOR prescribe a COMPOUND prescription. When I went to return the medication I was told that they cannot compound over the counter drugs... They have been selling this Medication over the counter for several years now so the sudden change makes no sense. If that is the case then the proper thing to do would be to call and let the customer know they cannot make the compound order, not fill it with something thats different from what i've been getting for years. I am having it filled at another pharmacy that said there is no issue and I can have it compounded like I need. Not sure why this has happened all of a sudden but I do not recommend this place. Unprofessional and rude. No reason to be that way. One phone call could have saved us all the trouble."

"This place is way better then Walgreens! They are nice quick and efficient. They also deliver if needed and its free. Changing my prescriptions to this place was one of the best decisions I've made. Again thank you for yourn hard work and kindness being a ex Walgreens customer I wasn't used to it."
