"We went bowling here was there a few minutes after they opened at 5pm and was barley there 30 min and my nephew missed the step when he went to bowl and tripped and hit his chin on the bowling ball and it busted underneath his chin open so we had to rush him to the hospital and all they could say was sorry didn't offer anything for first aid or ask if we needed help or offer the $56 that we spent to play for 2 hrs and on shoe rental!! (I took that picture at 5:37pm right before we went to walk out the door)"
