"This place is run by criminals. HD properties rents to people struggling with addiction so they can exploit and blackmail the tenants. The slumlords love of money has a thick root growing under this building. Lots of bad energy here. The units are all infested with bugs and rats. I mopped my unit with bleach every night and still had roaches getting in my food. I’d feel cleaner sleeping outside than here. Between being eaten alive by bedbugs every night or hearing rats in the kitchen I barely slept a wink. When they replaced the staircases they told the people living on the second floor they could stay home or leave while the staircases were being replaced. Legally they should have put these people up in hotels. This was a horrible fire/safety hazard to have people confined to their homes on the second floor. There are elderly and disabled people living in this dump. One of them could have forgot about the stairs and stepped out their door and fell 9 feet. Management should have been reported to adult protective services and the fire marshal for that."

"Do not rent from these people. They are extremely rude and the maintenance people will enter your apartment while you're not home and without notice. They will turn your water off and not tell you about it. My friend who lives there walked in to find sheetrock dust from the apartment next door. It's everywhere. Hes been there for 3 months now and still only has half power and you can see through his walls into the next apartment. When he called the manager her husband answers who is the maintenance man and was extremely rude and telling him he works on Monday. No water classifies as an emergency. Especially when the maintenance man is who turned off the water. Definitely stay away from studio 28 and any property they own."

"Treat this place like 7up, never have, never will. Unless you want a holler or some dope, but you never know if the cops are gonna show up or someone is gonna get shot. Definitely lock your doors, or park somewhere else."
