"I want to give this review to everyone that has left reviews.I have stayed here on and off alot.The two Indians are not the owners.Just employees..They worked here 12 years and yes.my first visits they were somewhat rude,but consider the.people they get to rent the rooms,but they were leaving to California because they explained to me they could not get any help Cleaning the rooms and there health was not good.I have helped them out when I stayed there trying there best to keep the place clean,but like he said,what can we do? We have no help,we just work here.Heading to California for a new life and he started having chest pains,He died at the hospital.One Christmas I stayed there and they called my room because I was the only one renting a room there,They invited me to come to the office.They made all this food just because I was there.I had alot of opinions also at first, but when they seen you were not riff raff,they were hospitable. It really hurts me to hear he passed and now her alone.To me it always felt good that when I stopped to get a room they always greeted me so nice."

"If there was a zero option that's exactly what I would've choose. My husband went to rent a room and was refused a rental because he took his phone out of his pocket to check the date and the lady stated he didn't have a reason to take any Pictures??? Pics of what? His own information?? She stated WE was not welcome to stay???"

"The room was nice and very clean. Anything that I needed was taken care of immediately. The staff was very professional, and helped me throughout my stay. I was very satisfied and would recommend anyone stay at their facility."

"We stayed there 1 night last Friday because we were traveling, tired and was hoping to save money. Big mistake!! The room was pitiful! I didn’t see any bedbugs but wasn’t looking for any either. The room stunk like stale cigarette smoke. The ac wasn’t working right. No coffee maker or blow dryer and the carpet was old and in bad shape and the only ice machine was broke!! They have continental breakfast which was packets donuts set out and I used their employee rest room and the inside door handle was broke off and no soap or anything to dry your hands on!!! Disgusting! Not worth the $65!!"

"I checked in late and tired. I was given a room that was filthy. The door was defective, the NON-SMOKING room reeked of cigar smoke, the carpet was disgusting, the counters and bed side tables were sticky, the toilet seat was almost falling off and the smoke detector was missing the battery and not working. There was only one towel and wash cloth and they were very thin. I was so exhausted that I decided to just make the best of it. Then I pulled the covers back and noticed all of the pubic hairs in between the sheet. There were tons of them. I grabbed my stuff and went to the front desk and asked for my money back. The employee gave me a key to another room on the other side of the hotel and I went and had a look. It smelled ok and there weren't any public hairs in between the sheet, although the sheets were very stained they appeared clean, so I decided to stay. The counters were sticky with spilled soda or something and there was not one towel in the bathroom. The smoke detector was not working in that room either. This hotel is a very dirty dangerous place to stay. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The Winchester fire Marshall should take a look at it."
