"If you are looking for quality leather furniture THIS is the place to shop! We went to the Fort Worth store and Richard was wonderful to work with. The furniture is made here in the DFW area. Once we were in queue we received emails at every step… cutting the leather, upholstery, QA, etc. Setting up delivery was very easy. Veronica was very accommodating. We had to reschedule a couple of times and it was not an issue. They delivered exactly as expected. The furniture was very well wrapped. The delivery guys got it all set up in 15-20 minutes and cleaned up everything. Everything from meeting Richard initially to actual delivery was how customer service should be. We would purchase from them again in a heartbeat!"
