Mike and his team were incredibly knowledgable, patient while answering my questions, and did not at all attempt to talk me into spending more money than necessary. The store was incredibly busy when I was there, yet Mike still spent multiple hours answering my questions about guns mechanics, gun history, and pertinent legislation, among other things. All the while, I didn't see a single customer who was neglected. "I had an awesome experience with Mike and Gus. They were beyond full with orders, but were able to fit me in and install bullet guides into my rifles very quickly. Both of my rifles were previously converted by a different gunsmith, and the work was not as good as it should have been. Mike spotted it immediately and was able to help with several suggestions to raise both of them to proper specs! If it's about an AK, Mike has eagle eyes and the know-how to put you on the right track, especially if you like your firearms to be accurate to Soviet and Russian versions.
