"The worst service i ever experienced!Even after telling them i just got ripped off and this was my son christmas. I sent my sons bikes in. Not only did they keep the bikes for 7 weeks but they said they ordered the parts that we had already ordered after the terrible miscommunication, i paid my balance and i went to pick them up but they were in pieces. They promised me they would get the bikes running, they would assemble them and deliver them. Well, they just assebled them and ask me to come and get them after they told me they were sorry for the miscommunication and they would make it right."
