"I lived here for over 3yrs.Moved out December 2021.I loved it there.The maintenance guys go above and beyond for anything you may need.Its a great location and gated in.Never any theft or problems that I know of.Cleaned my apartment and got my deposit back no problems.The only annoying thing was if kids lived up stairs.Floors are old and you hear everything above you.Very nice pool and laundry mat.Shout out to the guys at W.O.T.C."

"It's a bit outdated, but charming. My grief is with management. If I could give less than 1 star I would They have made it very clear that we do not matter to them. When we had a problem with a neighbor they basically told us we could move out if we wanted. Our neighbor chain smokes daily indoor and the vent systems are older so we can smell smoke even more intensely every time we turn on the air or heat. My eyes constantly burn because of it, which is so annoying. And during a pandemic when we are encouraged to stay home, this makes it worse. I have no where to go for relief. If I could afford to move I would. The manager Ryan made us feel like we were crazy to think our neighbor was smoking indoor because they "investigated it" and found no clues that this neighbor smoked inside. I would say all of our belongings smelling like cigarettes would be enough evidence."

"Please, Do not waste your time. Its too old and most of the equipments are not in a good shape. when I moved they said the carpet was replaced but it was dirty as hell and they promised to change the hood but they never came.These people are too racist specially a guy named Ryan he never listens to you in full when you go to make a maintenance request. This apartment is always packed by amazon employees since its near by so they dont even care if you go looking for a room. Poor Management..."

"I have never in my life faced such rudeness by any management. I was on a hunt for apartment and had contacted many for my search. This was the first time I was treated this way and for this only reason I would not come and stay here. Many of my friends are living here and are fine with the apartment. Though I feel the rooms are small and there is absolutely no storage area in the apts these are fine if you do not have too much stuff with you. The staff on the other hand do not want to show you any apartment. I called to ask for a tour, they denied saying they have none to show and that I should pay $25 for application and as soon as any available they will call me. And within an hour my friend got a call to come see the apartment (only because he has already paid the amount and was ready to move in) Next day I went in to pay the application fee (even though I may lose the money if I do not like the apt). And up on further discussion the lady tells me that there is no guarantee for the apt. There might be a 1 bedroom getting vacant and they will allot me that even though I am looking for the townhouse. That was the weirdest thing I heard. Also she did not have any idea when and which lease is expiring and if there is any prospect for me. I could not throw out my money at this. And walked out. Thanks but no thanks."
