Artisan Apartments

"I lived here for a year and a half and absolutely loved it. Apartments have super nice amenities, maintenance staff was always quick to fix any issues, and the office staff was always so friendly and knew me by name. Extremely dog friendly community along with a very diverse community from young to old. Pool is so relaxing! Really gonna miss my Artisan community."

"It snowed recently and I understand that it was negatives the day after, okay fine, but on the next day the office was open they still did not salt nor did they help clear pathways for people to drive out of.. they expect everyone to do it themselves. But that is the point of living in a complex where you pay SO MUCH money a month. They need to do better."

"Looks nice from a distance just don’t look to closely to the finishings of the apartments. As much as they charge to live here and being completely new you would think they would want things done right. The light switches and plug ins in the kitchen are tilted and can’t be fixed because they are tiled in, I can literally stick my fingers between the cabinet doors you can see my dishes in the cabinets. The trim around the island wasn’t even tacked on it just sits there. Also not insulated at all if I opened up a wall it would probably be hollow. I guess since they were so far behind on schedule they decided to rush it and it shows. The first door apartments have storage on the patio with no lock I could understand the 2 nd and 3 rd floor but the first so anyone can do alk up and unload the out stuff. This is a 2 bedroom apartment you pay extra for those you will also be paying extra money to have 2 keys which makes absolutely no sense 2 bedroom 2 keys right nope not here it’s 1 key and 50 dollars for a second."

"I have been waiting to review because I was one of the first to actually move in back in April. New/active construction has its set backs. Many convos with the office about the crew's WAY too early risers. But we got it figured out. I absolutely LOVE this apartment. The staff is always nice and maitence gets things done really quickly once something is brought to thier attention. I am probably moving into a 2 or three bedroom next year. The complex is really coming together! Overall, I'm really glad I moved here. Best value for the rent! The finishes are awesome and there is so much storage and I LOVE my garage. I really have no complaints about anything permanent here! Construction should be done soon, I feel like they get done with a new building at least once a month"

"I moved in back in December and was kinda of holding off on giving a review. I wanted to see what the property was like post move in. It has been great living here. It is quiet and clean. The maintenance staff is very efficient, very quick. Getting the green light to move in was rough, just because of construction delays and what not but over all after it was said and done with it was worth the wait. The leasing agent that helped me ( Aaron Jones) was very kind and patient through the process. Could have been a tad more responsive but over all very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend the complex to anyone. The apartments are very spacious if that is a must for your move."
