"This is my second review giving this company a number 1. They are still making their employees work in this environment with no air conditioning. Two months ago I posted it was 90° and I purchased a chocolate protein bar that was melted last month I went in again and it was still 90° this company does not care about their employees. I call the corporate office and complaint last month. Today I went in again and they still do not have their air unit fixed. For a company that's supposed to care about people's health they surely don't careo about their employees health at all! I think I'll be taking a drive further north to get my GNC products for now on. It's a true shame because the employees are all very nice and knowledgeable in this store."

"Unfortunately I'm giving this rating due to poor working conditions for the young lady having to work in a 90° store. The young lady was so helpful. I felt awful for her. I purchased a chocolate protein bar and opened it up and it was melted. No one should have to work in an environment where it's so darn hot that they're chocolate is melting. The young lady was very helpful and friendly. I hope the owners see this and take care of it very soon."

"Amazon offers pick delivery to some retail locations now and the GNC associate couldn't possibly have whined and moaned about it any more to me in my brief exchange. I'd hate to see what the poor guy would do if he actually had to work for a living."

"Helpful workers and a decent selection..not bad for Georgetown but across the country I've definitely been to better GNC stores with much larger options for supplements and deals...btw what ever happened to the old gold card benefits?? Now it's a rebate or whatever instead of the 20% discount, not too smart on their end."
