"The first time I went to this location was 3 years ago shortly after I moved here and the staff was beyond great, not to mention the prices and products are awesome. For me to return 3 years later and still get the same great service says a lot. Mind you I continue to go to an Up & Down location in-between my first visit and most recently; it's just that that location was in Canutillo."

"Theyre very cool and laid back most of the time. The girls are stuck up though and act like you need to dress up for emergency trips to the smoke shop when your fiending. They also close whenever they want as long as the customers arent around and they dont actually follow the schedule theyre assigned to work and have everything ready to leave before the time it actually closes, so no last minute trips. its a waste of time. For people who work at a smoke shop they really dont understand addictions."

"This is a great place to go. You guys are awesome and ur customer service skills are on point. However, I do have one complaint/recommendation. The Blink brand of butane completely sucks. I recommend the Whip it brand of butane over the Blink brand or any other brand, and Blink is all u guys sell. Would u consider selling the whip it brand as well! Your store is convenient for me and right in my neighborhood and I would love to do all my shopping at ur store for all my smoking needs. Thanks"

"I was a regular but this last time I went I purchased 2 disposables Nobody ever told me you were supposed to “test them” because apparently it happens super often that they sell disposables that don’t work The guy told me to bring it back and when I had time to do so he said that I should’ve brought it a day sooner and did not want to keep his word anymore. Very unprofessional Too bad! Will stop recommending to anyone who wants a reliable business"

"I don't know where the young lady went that always had her hair colored different colors but she was part of that store! I hope she still working there! She's one of those employees that belongs in customer service no high pressure! would let you shop and asking can she help you with anything periodically! Very friendly always greeted you as you walked in the door! She knew everything about every product and could answer any question about anything in the store! I hope she still there I haven't seen her in a while like I said I don't know her name! it was just really fun to go in to see what color hair was going to be and see her always Pleasant and friendly smile! she's is a true asset to that store! the store is very well organized and very clean ETC!"
