"Living at Greyson has been 2 of the best years of my life (and if I weren’t changing states, I’d stay for a third). The staff have become part of my family and they will also go above and beyond for their residents. Noah, Hannah, and Allison make the office a more welcoming place. Josh, Joe, and Zach work continuously to keep the apartments running smoothly. You all have made me laugh and never walk by the puppy without saying hello. The community and apartments are beautiful. Greyson, we will miss you! Thanks for being Kanyon’s first home."

"The best rental property I’ve lived in by far and without question. The homes are very modern with LED lights, SS appliances, tile shower, USB ports in some of the outlets and very energy efficient. My place has vinyl flooring which was very nice. If I wasn’t moving due to a work promotion, I would stay for more years. Definitely a great home to lease"

"This is an absolutely wonderful property. From my first tour to my move in day, the staff were amazing and everything they advertised it to be was spot on. These are great people and they clearly take pride in the work they do here. The unit was absolutely spotless when we moved in, it honestly felt like we were the first people to live in the unit. Its warm, quiet, spacious and beautifully designed. I needed maintenance to install a ceiling fan and help with an HVAC question, every time I needed their help they were on it so fast that it caught me off guard (in a good way), great folks all around. If you are looking for a place to live that is modern, beautiful and well kept, this is it, look no further, thank me later."

"My husband and I just moved here, my brother and his wife lives here as well, and we are in love. We live in a Sadie floorplan and it is so spacious and beautiful. The office staff is honestly the best I've ever experienced, they treat you like family and are always so pleasant. I never hear the neighbors, the community is clean an classy, and never any bugs. The scenery outside is beautiful as well. Located just outside the city, it's not crazy with city traffic. Overall 10 out of 10, honestly I can see myself living here until we purchase a home.
