"The number 1 complaint I had was the smell. The hallway smelled like smoke, and even in being a non-smoking room, my room definitely smelled like it had recently been a smoking room. The beds are very firm; not comfortable to me. There are two pillows per bed and they're not very comfortable either. The walls seem to be pretty thin cause I could hear the next room over easily. There are almost no outlets. Had to unplug the clock just to plug in one thing by the bed. Some benefits are that there is a large fridge and their TVs are smart TV (not big, but I don't expect it to be.) Wifi is decent enough. There's also a microwave in the room. The location is nice if you need stuff in Nicholasville, there's plenty of food in the area and there's a Walmart across the road. It definitely wasn't worth the price, and I probably wouldn't stay again unless it was an emergency. I'm not sure about the price during the week days since they basically don't post their prices online, but I stayed on a Saturday night for $95 and it wasn't worth it."

"My fiance and I checked in May 2, 2023. We asked for a single. There weren't any so they gave us a double at a single price I'm happy to say we are still here 6 months later management is great most importantly not one bug of any kind has been seen great location clean rooms . Highly recamended"

"Had to visit Kentucky for a family emergency. Location was perfect area for all places I had to go. Easy access from airport. Great rates for nightly stay. Employees were very helpful from making reservations to checking in."

"Seemed to be fairly clean, room was extremely dated though. Use of very light weight extension cords. Room somehow had no smell of smoke, however getting to the room there was a heavy heavy smell of cigarette smoke in every hallway and every stairway. Carpet in Halls and especially stairways heavily worn and very dirty. It's the reason the price was cheap I guess LOL"

"From staying 2 years ago to today has been a 100%turn around on the appearance of the rooms. A very comfortable bed that I did not want to get out of. Free WiFi and cable. Microwave and mini fridge included. New carpet! The atmosphere was perfect for me. I would definitely recommend staying."
