"I have lived in Fox run for 4 years and they have switched managers several times I have had problem after problem with my roof leaking the plugs are all loose the toilets leaking and in the 2nd bathroom maintenance came took the toilet out and sat it in my shower it's been sitting there for 4 month and continuously tell me that it's not an issue and not an emergency bc I have a 2nd bathroom my vehicle's have been towed several times bc of assumptions and office workers putting the address wrong on the temporary permit I would not recommend anyone renting from Fox run or mattador unless your desperately in need of a place to live bc it's ran by slum lords and we have either not had maintenance or only 2 workers for both complexes honestly the apartments most of them need condemned and aren't up to code Update as of 5-8-2023 The have fixed the 2nd bathroom put new flooring and a new toilet in fixed the roof in the bedroom and plugs a couple other minor things. However the roof in bathroom is leaking and still waiting on other promised repairs I will update as promised are met . At least an effort is being made now ."

"Jessica is very nice and Welcoming at the Office at Fox Run Apartments. My husband and I have lived here a long time we have seen the good the bad and the ugly. We Love this new staff that has came in and getting the job done. Keep up the Good Job!!!!"

"I would like to give FIVE STARS for our new office lady Jessica. She has been amazing since she has started. Always welcomes you with a smile. Also Jason and Shawn in maintenance here are awesome. Anytime you have a problem and let them know they are on top of it until it is done. Great staff and just a awesome place to live"

"Had a problem with the stove/ oven not working. Talk to Jessica the manager at the office and in less then 24 hours the maintenance person Mr.Brandon Rice and another gentleman replace the stove with one that work.These three wonderful employees of Fox Run Apartments have made my day and answered my prayers. Thank you all so much. And if I could I would give all three of them 10 Stars Rating. They are wonderful."
