"Allow me to echo the poor reviews below: Do NOT rent here or any apartments owned by Jim Burton of Dalton Court LLC. Save yourself a world of headaches. The landlord was consistently in violation of his own lease agreement. I had maintenance requests outstanding for several months. As a result of his negligence, mold began to grow in my apartment. The landlord was completely unresponsive to my legitimate maintenance requests and I was ultimately forced to call code enforcement to force him to fix it. Other residents that I spoke with had similar issues. The terms of the lease agreement are tyrannical, e.g. no guests allowed without a background check. These are just two of the numerous issues I had. There is a reason everyone seems to move out after their first lease!"
