"Would it be a surprise that Candi is a REAL PROBLEM! A real narcissist, they tried to charge me $20 per shoe box when I packed them very nice and neat at the trash compactor. If you live there it’s constantly full or INOP!! Ice storm had hit and ice was on the ground, (VERY DANGEROUS) I was trying to contact employees underneath me to STAY HOME!! The office hours say they open at 9:00! At 8:30 A.M. I get a call wanting me to endanger myself to get the shoe boxes cleaned up! (Mind you we pay for trash) No salt trucks, no workers had even started to prep the parking lots for safety! Their phones at the office weren’t even working and they called me from a cell phone!! (One Erica Barnes) Again I pay for trash at the complex! Complete joke of a manager and what a waste it could be really nice! Cocaine was found to be used prevalent in the bathrooms from the pool. Broken glass cut a kids foot in there as well! Hopefully wasn’t someone using meth, but probably so! No one was hired to ensure our safety nor to control the drug use and randoms that don’t live there to using the pools! Candi uses the pools as a threat to the tenants! Awful excuse for an apartment complex and manager!"
"Rude, condescending, filthy attitude, discriminatory management. If you smoke outside of your apartment, you still get accused of smoking inside and will say you caused smoke damage to the place. Have anything stolen from your front porch, you're s.o.l. Will expect you to have the place to their standard of clean, and expect YOU to have the place move in ready for the next occupant. They give you an itemized list of stuff they charge for to clean even if you clean they will still say its filthy and then when you move out and make sure to clean everything they will be discrepancies between what their list says and what they actually charge you for. Have recently installed RADON filtration systems that caused them to come into each unit and connected to the outlet outside of each building. May or may not effect electric bill if you have connected to your unit. They pick and choose what pool rules they enforce and make up rules as they go. Will allow people to get intoxicated at pool and the list goes on."
"MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT EVER! Stephanie and Candi and awful to work with. I am in customer service and i have never seen anything like this in my life. They will find any excuse to keep your deposit so better hire professional deep cleaners before you move out. They kept $75 dollars because the inside of my oven was "dirty" i lived there 4 months and used the oven maybe 6 times...and $40 because the inside of my fridge wasn't wiped down... I am a very clean person and i didnt even hang anything on the walls and they still found any excuse to keep money from me. Even though when i moved in i had to deep clean the whole apartment because it was filthy mud tracked up my carpet steps and an inch of drywall dust covering every surface and was told not to use the shower until they can find someone to fix the giant crack in the shower wall. The most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with in my life. i do not recommend living here because they will find a way to make money off of you. They will also tell you they are doing fire alarm check on a certain day then come in on a random day and never leave a note o the counter like they claim they do. I had cameras inside my apartment and there were multiple occasions when men would be inside my apartment unannounced or not in the scheduled day."
"If they had the option to but negative stars on here that’s what I would do. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. We looked into this place for my grandmother and the property manager was a the extremely unprofessional her attitude was nothing less than hateful. My grandmother was so excited to move she had already filled out 9 pages of application paperwork and was going to sign more. (We thought) they have a very grueling applicant process. She ended up getting declined for the application because she had “two many individuals” on her bank account listed as beneficiaries and had paperwork to state that. They were very discriminatory against her, for being elderly and that is so sad and infuriating , i’ve heard all kinds of bad things about them before but my grandma picked this place so i went along with it. Either way, the property manager Candie needs to be fired."
"Friendly staff, brand new units that are nice once you clean up the construction mess. Pool is amazing as well as a fitness room for some cardio and light weights. Piss poor parking design as there's not even enough parking for all the units if they have 1-2 cars. Most nights get home from work and have to park up at clubhouse or by mailbox and walk a good distance in the rain. Would help if the morons with garages actually utilized them."
