Red Roof Inn Georgetown, KY

"They charged us $200 for smoking at the door because of fridgid temperatures, my friend turned to say something to me and they were walking the beat and claimed my friend was smoking in the room. I don't smoke and i smelled nothing. They just wanted to rip us off. And im sure they didn't do a $200 cleaning of that room. Plus thex wanted a 50 dollar cash deposit."

"My son and I stayed here 12/27/23 with our dog, for the night. We were driving to SC from MI and this was the halfway point. The front desk check in girl was very nice. Our room was 114. Right across from the office. Upon opening the door to the room it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We left the door open while we brought our things in and I sprayed the room to try and help. The bedspread had cigarette burns in on and actual tear/holes in the other. When we opened the fridge to put some drinks in for the night, there was MOLD growing on the ice that had accumulated in the small freezer shelf inside the fridge. Needless to say we did not use the fridge. Upon further inspection, there was something on the bathroom door. Something that looked like it splattered and was never cleaned. The toilet seat was very loose and the caulk around the tub where it meets the floor was dirty amd gray, possibly more mold, but I can't say for sure. What I can say was I was never more happy to check out of there in the morning and we will find a different pet friendly hotel next trip north. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and pillows looked good. Floors in the bedroom area were good, and the shower itself was nice. Bathroom has been updated, but not well cleaned. We got there and left both while it was dark so I'm not sure how the grounds looked. There was a grassy area for my dog to do her thing. It is conveniently located off the highway and was a good price. You get what you pay for!"

"We had NO expectations when we reserved this motel room. We were traveling with two small dogs and decided to stay at Red Roof Inn because they didn't charge extra for the dogs. We had a very reasonable rate for our room. The room was clean enough (and I'm pretty picky) - the beds were very comfortable - The staff were very helpful - The location was convenient just off of the interstate. What else can you ask for for the rates they're charging. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the staff at Red Roof Inn Georgtown!!!"

"Amazing stay! Very nice room, super clean. Super quiet!! Great nights sleep, very quiet which is HUGELY appreciated. It looks more dated from the outside but I was extremely impressed with my room, large bathroom all updated, super clean. Probably my new favorite Red Roof! Great pizza next door was a bonus. Staff was super nice, but super clean and quiet were the main bonuses! Thank you for a great couple nights rest!"

"I had a wonderful experience. The man in the front is very kind and helpful. I didn’t even have to get out of my car to check out and he brought me towels right to the room! Amazing hospitality. The rooms were very clean and roomy! The beds are very cozy as well. I was telling my family about it (I travel every week for work, so I tell them about the hotels I stay in) and the first thing I could compare it too was a remodeled Holiday Inn. It did not feel like a standard Red Roof in like I’m use to. Very nice! And pets are free which is awesome! It’s almost unheard of! 10/10 recommend. I’ve never stayed at a better Red Roof in."
