"UPDATED POST + RATING: Went to pick up my new mattress from a new employee. I paid over $1k and expected to receive a new mattress. I purchased 3 total and they didn’t have a queen in stock, but they said they could order it. A month goes by and I hear nothing, so I call in. They say I can come pick it up on Monday. I call Monday and they say Tuesday. When I get there to pick up the mattress it is not rolled like the other two I bought new. The man ensured me that it was new and sometimes they get unrolled. I have attached photos of my “NEW” mattress when we took it out of the mattress bag. New management/employees are not great and lie about mattresses being new. I’m livid. Mattress Guys Azle exceeded my expectations. Lacey has so much knowledge about mattresses and was able to answer all of our questions. The service is phenomenal. She helped us so much without being pushy or trying to sell us something we didn’t want. If you need a new mattress, you should definitely visit Mattress Guys Azle to feel like you’re buying a mattress from a friend."
