"The website was very helpful as a customer but post sale of my home and having to contact through phone has been the absolute worst customer service experience. They don’t have loan information or my 1098 information on file. I still haven’t received my 1098 booklet so for them to also not have the information just doesn’t make sense. They took two full payments out the month we sold our home and stated they kept both payments to pay our taxes but we were current on our escrow amount and payments so I’m not sure where the nearly $1,000 dollars ended up going since they also cannot provide proof of payment for where the money went. The nearly 7 years I had my loan went very well but post sale of our home has just completely ruined the interaction for me."

"As unprofessional as a company gets. It doesn't matter how spotless your payment record is or how polite you are to them they will treat you like a dog the moment you mess up. You'll receive a phone call 12 hours after you miss a payment with some self entitled lady who has the audacity to ask you why you didn't make your payment on time with the most disgusting condescending tone in her voice. You can ask if somebody is capable of making their payment but how dare you ask about somebody's personal business like that? To make it even worse, for a company who literally attacks their clients for not being on time, they never meet their own deadlines. You'll get your 1098 weeks after they say you'll get it. And they will charge you a fee when you call to make your payment because they haven't sent you your payment slips yet."

"I do not recommend Kentucky Housing Corporation, I recently had a problem with my mortgage payment and have still not been able to contact them. someone to solve the problem. I have the difficulty that I do not speak English very well and it becomes very tedious, if not impossible, to speak with someone on the line with the option to speak in Spanish. It is very frustrating to see that they don't care about you, especially if you are Hispanic."

"I would like to give a 5 star review to Chelsie and Jennifer the to Ladies that helped me get back on track with my mortgage. I was hurt at work, and got behind, and these two ladies were very professional, and caring in helping me through this hard time KY Housing is lucky to have them!!!!! I feel blessed to have them help me as well. Thanks ladies your awesome.God bless you two Happy holidays. Matt Blevins."

"These people do not care about you. It does not matter if you are behind or make your payments every month. They will send you a email stressing how you’re going to ruin your credit and to contact them so they “can help you” then when you ask them to work with you “mmmm I’m sorry you have to have it in by 3pm tomorrow” THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. I didn’t even go through them to get my house but somehow got stuck with them after the buying process. RUN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT WORTH IT."
