The owner Patrick & accompanying employees worked together w/us on our x2 visits to the store during their black Friday events - - Our first visit to gather info, search elsewhere & compare resulted in our return visit to the store later that evening for a packaged deal exceeding our expectations. I can't say enough about the time we were giving for Q&A's...Patrick's vast knowledge and expertise accompanied by standout equipment warranties were incredible! "For the last month, I've been looking for a particular set of adjustable dumbbells. They're out of stock in a lot of chain stores. The Fitness Market, which is a small business on the other side of the US that I had never heard of, had them listed on their online store for 10%ish under MSRP and free shipping, which was amazing. It saved me $230 vs. buying from the manufacturer, and was even cheaper than buying them used on eBay. I checked back a couple of days after I placed my order, and saw that the shipping deal was no longer listed, so I was a little worried that I would get an email saying my order had been cancelled due to a pricing error. A couple of days later, I received a call from Patrick to confirm that my order was about to be shipped! Turns out that yes, the free shipping was a mistake, but they wanted to honor my order. I received my weights 2 days later, which was also way faster than I was expecting. The great customer service from Patrick and their willingness to honor my order in spite of taking a loss on the product makes The Fitness Market the first place I'll check for equipment in the future."
