"I lived at these apartments in 2008 when my daughter was born. I stayed for about a year before I moved out. The maintenance that worked there at that time were pretty rude, and the office put a tag on my car 6 different times to have my car towed, even though I was a resident and had my parking pass in my window. I have heard that these apartments are better now. They really needed an upgrade, so I'm glad they were able to make them nicer!!!"

"Shannon, the property manager is rude, she likes to intimidate tenants. When you try to talk her calmly she yells screams uses fowl language. Trys to belittle you & loves to threaten you and certainly on a power trip. I would not recommend this place simply because of her. I could use some colorful words to describe her. However she is a disgrace to the women gender. Simply put, Shannon is a terrible human being, taking up oxygen on this planet that someone else could use. DON'T GO LIVE THERE!!!"

"A good place to live for Govt housing. Has laundry mat on premises. Also has been upgraded for most apartments in aware of. They're clean, and pretty maintained. Also has a playground for kids. Located within walking distance to Save a lot, Family Dollar, Shell gas station,and a gym n restaurants too. and a convenience store is at entrance I would recommend for family needing income based housing."

"I think some staff can be real smart ellics and I don't think that it's right or nice, especially to friendly residents. But I love the remodel! Very much needed and updated and so much nicer!"
