"Moved here in October. Love that there's no carpet because it's easy to clean. Walls must be thick cause I've never heard any of our neighbors. Great place to live."

"My initial impression was a positive one. Colorful and modern, pet friendly, walking distance to all kinds of attractions. However, I had chronic issues with faulty plumbing. All issues were addressed promptly but only one was ever resolved. The phrase”lipstick on a pig” couldn’t be more apropro. These are old buildings so if you’re in a downstairs unit with upstairs neighbors, you hear everything. In addition, because of the geography of the units privacy is none. If you’re looking for something fun, short term, and affordable, these will suit you well. If you’re looking for a long term housing situation , I’d strongly suggest elsewhere. Too many issues with plumbing and electric here to take chances."

"I have been living here for almost a year and I am incredibly amazed at how well these apartments are kept. They’re very nice in size and the themes of the apartment are perfect. They are also very prompt on answering any maintenance requests or questions or concerns I have, they go above and beyond what I ask. They’re also very private and I never hear the neighbors, and there are plenty of fun things to do just within walking distance. Not to mention they’re pet friendly! I’m so happy living here, and you would be too. (:"

"Thoroughly enjoy living here! The management team is fantastic. They have been prompt in addressing concerns or issues I have had in my year and a half living in Urban Woods. The management team really sets these apartments apart from other rental properties. Security cameras are installed throughout the property, a community garden is available for all residents to use, and the property is pet friendly. Beautiful view of the river across the street and hiking trails outside the back door. Downtown is a short walk where you will find bakeries, a coffee shop, Hoggies ice cream shop, several restaurant choices, and also the farmers market. The public library is also within walking distance which hosts programs for children of various ages. Convenience to shopping on either East side or West side of town and public transportation if needed."

"Hello these condos are fresh new look on some old project buildings,the plumbing has been repaired and new management team has taken over the reigns of the project. Yes in the past due to or lack of good management and the fixing of several issues this property is still a good value plus they are within schools and walking distance. I give this place a 10 plus simply because of the new team that manages the place. Every place you rent from has its own share of issues but the fact remains there is nothing like home."
