"Some people have a great experience here while others do not. Warning: If you intend on living here be on alert for the unprofessional, rude, and abuse of power with the current office staff. ***Get everything in writing and keep it*** Multiple people have said that they claim that you have a criminal record and/or evictions in your history. Which is a technique that’s used to try to overcharge you on the security deposit and/or discourage you from applying. The water bill that’s supposed to come through FPB doesn’t, the office gives you a bill, and charges you whatever they want. The office issues the mailbox keys and doesn’t give you the mailbox key until they’re ready to. Numerous people have said that they were evicted or the office staff tried to evict them for asinine reasons. The list goes on… Unfortunately, the majority have horror stories from living here. It’s sad how people get treated here by the staff. What’s even worse is that there are tons of issues that go unreported that are unethical and completely against the law. The intimidation tactics are real people do not want to be evicted (it stays on your record for a long time) Some have little to no money and don’t have somewhere else to go. *Be careful and you’ve been warned"

"Bad landlords they are so sad and it doesn't make sense they are not good to people at all and they put you out for no reason they don't care if you got kids or not they need to be sue smh"

"You can't get no one on the phone, voicemail boxes are full and emails are rarely answered. Never received a key to my door when they upgraded it and repair requested are ignored. Overall between the original owners and the new all they care about is money. Our rent was paid in full on time for almost 5 years prior to our vacate notice for "Unapproved" pets which we paid deposits for. I do not recommend living here unless it's a last resort."

"Lived year over a year then out of no where they give vacate papers to 80% of people no one in office, they won't answer phone and I've emailed multiple times with one response but no answer to any questions this is not the place to go if you want to feel safe in your home"
